壁癌如何處理?

嗨大家好 本魯失業七年自耕農本魯住家鄉下透天 3層樓 隔壁是平房
蓋了30幾年 牆壁因為有滲水問題所以之前有長壁癌
後來把透天2~3F外牆都作防水漆 已經不在滲水
但內部牆壁水泥已經已些剝落
前陣子自己把內部用水泥漆漆過一次 但坑坑疤疤不甚美觀
想說如果把水泥敲掉重新上水泥再粉光 甚變在裏面加防水水泥
這樣建議嗎?
