最近新家裝潢終於進入尾聲，也讓我深刻體會到一件事：家具選對了，整體空間質感會被放大；但家具尺寸一旦失衡，再精緻的裝潢都容易被破壞比例。
我們家並不是豪宅坪數，加上新竹現在不少新建案的客廳格局偏長型，因此在家具配置上，我特別在意「空間感」與「動線」之間的平衡。尤其客廳主角——沙發，更是整體氛圍的關鍵。
一開始其實看了不少連鎖家具品牌，但總覺得有些公版電動沙發雖然外型好看，實際放進空間後卻容易顯得厚重，加上部分五金在調整時會出現明顯機械聲，與我理想中的居家質感有些落差。
後來轉而尋找新竹在地家具店時，才接觸到經營超過一甲子的「新協興」。真正讓我印象深刻的，不只是老店背景，而是他們提供的「家配師規劃」服務。
當時我直接帶著平面圖到門市，家配師沒有急著推薦產品，而是先從空間條件開始分析，包括木地板色調、自然採光方向，以及客廳主要動線，再進一步協助我抓出沙發、茶几與電視櫃之間最舒服的距離比例。
後來也因為這次討論，我放棄原本考慮的公版尺寸，改成客製化配置，包含扶手寬度、座深與靠背角度都依照空間條件重新微調。
實際成品進家後，最有感的並不是單一家具多高級，而是整體空間出現了一種很穩定的秩序感。沙發不會過度壓迫客廳，卻又能保有足夠存在感，這種平衡其實比想像中更難。
另外我自己對電動沙發的五金結構特別在意，尤其是運作時的噪音與滑順度。這次選用的歐洲進口五金馬達，在調整時幾乎聽不到明顯機械聲，整體操作感受也比先前試坐過的一些公版款更細膩。
