浴室磁磚縫反覆發霉怎麼處理？

大家好，我家浴室的磁磚縫最近一直反覆發霉，就算用漂白水清理過，大概一兩週後又會長出黑點。浴室有裝抽風機，也都有開窗通風，但問題還是沒改善。想請問這種情況是填縫劑老化需要重做嗎？還是有比較有效、長期不發霉的處理方式可以推薦？謝謝！
