一直都是在雙北租屋生活
還沒真正的買過屬於自己的一套房
而這兩年想搬回員林住
所以就想說買在員林
有研究過房市的現況
因為限貸令影響 房屋貸款好像會難上加難
雖然有新青安提供幫助
但還是擔心會不會貸款貸不到
想跟大家討論看看
是不是限貸令對買房的人來說
