基隆市稅務局表示，各類建築物地下室，如果只是用來設置機器房、抽水機，或讓住戶停車且「沒有收費」，也沒有出租或營業使用，就可以免徵房屋稅。

實際看過後，過沒幾天就去下訂了
很高興也有種心裡放下一塊大石的感覺
可以找到理想房子的我是十分幸運的
