后里新建案在考慮要買坤悅還是展裕？

后里的建案我們大致看過一輪
現在這兩案是我們比較喜歡的
開發商也都有一定知名度
兩邊的一些缺點讓我們猶豫不決，所以想再問大家的看法

離賽車場近，會有噪音問題，建商用5+5的膠合玻璃來隔音，應該可以隔掉部分噪音?

猶豫的點大概是以上這些
靠近市區和遠離市區都有各自優缺點，非常的尷尬不知道怎麼選比較好？
