亞洲新灣區這議題一直蠻火熱，很多新型豪宅都蓋在那邊，遠x、國x，都在那一區，價格真的是高攀不起！不是一我這種市景小民買得起的，元po有興趣還是親自去一趟探勘一下吧，雖然發展很好但投資...還真的要看一下你口袋深不深啦！夠深哪裡都是投資啦～～～

高雄人不會買那區域的房子啦！專門給外來客的，那區的物價都比其他高了，傻了才去那。
