租約到110年變租「到200年」超狂租房合約讓他懵了！

109年（2020年）租到110年（2021年），寫成租到200年（2111年）
疑似在109要進位成110的時算錯了，讓這份租約竟然長達了快一個世紀。
看到的網友們紛紛在貼文底下留言，
「一次簽91年」
「租到下代同堂」
「租好租滿，租到妳掛了還要租」
「到200年真的很便宜啊，可以續租，就像付管理費一樣」
「一生的契約，一生的朋友」
「記得簽完拿去法院公證，這個簽下去之後，就算以後周邊租金暴漲，房東也都不能漲租金了」

但是事實上，據民法449條第一、二項規定，
「租賃契約之期限，不得逾二十年，逾二十年者，縮短為二十年，前項期限，當事人得更新之」，所以這份合約可能要重打或是經過法院認證後才算~
