【M傳媒】地下室停車位也要繳房屋稅嗎？稅務局：有收費就要繳
基隆市稅務局表示，各類建築物地下室，如果只是用來設置機器房、抽水機，或讓住戶停車且「沒有收費」，也沒有出租或營業使用，就可以免徵房屋稅。
