員林算是保值的潛力區嗎?

這幾個月因為央行打房的原因
房市比天氣還早入冬
不過今年手頭有預算
有在老家員林置產的念頭
目前觀察過一陣子
我是覺得員林未來發展空間大
所以可以算在保值的潛力區內
因此想找個理想建案買下去
不過離我上次在員林生活已經時隔五、六年了
所以對員林的現況比較不熟
所以想跟大家多討論
有在關注員林房市的大家
