想跟大家分享我在慎重考慮之後
最後會選擇在員林買大樓的原因
(因為很多人會覺得在員林可以買透天哈哈)
1.原鄰薈地點佳
離快速道路近，來往我台中的工作交通便利
離市區、市場近，生活吃與用不需擔心
附近有圓林園，日常走下樓就有公園綠地可運動散步
2.原鄰薈格局、建材有心
三房格局好，動線流暢空間寬
大樓建材用標準建材
還有特別注意使用耐震處理
對於位在彰化斷層帶的員林來說
是屋主十分需要重視的細節呢
3.新大樓房的設施完善
兩梯配五戶 不怕日常趕時間還要等電梯
長輩腿腳不好沒有爬樓梯的困擾
外加純住宅無店面 感覺社區會環境單純
新大樓配的設施通常也較完善
