員林建案｜坤悅原鄰薈-接待會館賞屋

前陣子正好有空閒的時間
就陪姊姊、姊夫一起去賞屋坤悅的員林建案
建案的名字是坤悅-原鄰薈
剛進去接待會館 銷售人員先帶我們進包廂
介紹基本的資訊 像是基地地點、戶型、格局、建材等
銷售人員現場是說明的足夠詳細
比較值得一說是原鄰薈真的選到好地點
附近有市場、連鎖餐廳、特力屋等
開車過去離最熱鬧的市區 也只需約3-5分鐘
介紹的差不多就去看樣品屋了
樣品屋裡展示的格局走過去很順
空間很大、光線足夠 房間也方方正正的
不太需要擔心住起來不方便
而設備有櫻花廚具、德瑞克衛浴、太格木地板
三房有全熱交換機 兩房有新風機 調節溫度濕度
住起來會比較舒適
我覺得整體設備上都有感受的到建商的誠意
姊姊和姊夫也是看得頻頻點頭
再加上坤悅的品質評價很不錯
當場看完後 現場和銷售人員談好價格
姊姊和姊夫討論、猶豫了很久 最後下定決心下訂
我也很替他們感到高興
