員林市建案｜分享坤悅原鄰薈賞屋資訊與感想

前陣子一直在幫弟弟一起找員林的建案
我弟的性格一直都比較完美主義
所以弟弟終於找到滿意的房子時
我也很替弟弟感到高興~~
而弟弟買的房子是坤悅原鄰薈
我跟弟弟一起去看房時
也覺得原鄰薈確實是優點滿多的
所以想順便把資訊分享給有需要的人
原鄰薈位置在員林大道四段上，圓林園旁
處在一個不會太偏僻，又相對安靜的地方
所以住起來會兼具便利性和優質環境
生活機能也滿方便的，因為離市場和市中心都很近
而附近餐廳開了滿多間，員榮新院也正在蓋
所以比較不用擔心生活不便利的問題
而格局也是很OK，室內的空間滿大又方正的
走路的動線也很順，如果多人居住也不會互相卡住XD
感覺很適合弟弟一家人一起居住~
而原鄰薈屋內的配備用的滿好的
有太格木地板，櫻花的廚具，德瑞克的衛浴
和浴室內的Panasonic換氣暖風機等
這些都配備都很完善，未來也不用再另外花錢去裝修
對我而言覺得屋內的這些細節超級加分的
印象中代銷有介紹說大樓有做60cm的連續壁
建材的耐震處理上也滿讓人安心的
加上坤悅是名聲滿好的建商
看評價滿多網友說坤悅在建材的使用上比較有保障、值得信賴！
實際看完之後，我弟就對原鄰薈十分滿意
沒過多久弟弟就和我說他已經下訂了~~
