Totally agree with you! At the start of the pandemic, many people expected housing prices to drop, but in some areas, it feels like nothing changed — if anything, prices kept climbing. Especially in cities like Taipei and Hsinchu, the market still seems hot, and demand hasn’t cooled down at all 😂 It’s like the real estate world is living in its own bubble.
