防水層破裂維修要算誰的?

以前樓下漏水防水針也是自己出



最近樓上因為防水層破裂漏水

竟然要我出一半

而且竟然不是打防水針,而是說要整個浴室要打掉要3-4萬



防水層不是都樓上負擔嗎?
