水槽開孔太小問題?

我的不銹鋼水槽有請水電師傅開孔要裝鵝頸龍頭，但鵝頸龍投寄來才發現水槽開的孔是12mm，
而鵝頸龍頭需要的孔徑是15mm
請問這個狀況有辦法自己將孔擴大嗎?
目前家裡的工具只有鑽牆電鑽
