最近在網路上看到一個很扯的訊息，
一位網友在找租屋處，
看到了一間一個月一萬一 6坪大小，
房東告訴他 有對外窗而且採光很好，
廁所還有浴缸可以泡澡，讓人聽到覺得很不錯~~
沒想到 照片一點進去.....
一位房屋仲介業務員在組屋網分享租屋資訊，標題打上「近捷運中山國小，超搶手秒殺物件。有浴缸採光超好，詳情內文~要~搶~要~快!!!」還強調環境單純.....等
房東還希望可以找到"愛惜他房子"的有緣人
光是聽業務員闡述真的很有吸引力，但實際上情況完全不同！！！房屋的情況非常糟糕很淒慘，地上滿是雜物，還有滿滿的灰塵，重點是很多家具也變得很慘．．．
