員林算是保值的潛力區嗎?
這幾個月因為央行打房的原因
房市比天氣還早入冬
不過今年手頭有預算
有在老家員林置產的念頭
目前觀察過一陣子
我是覺得員林未來發展空間大
所以可以算在保值的潛力區內
因此想找個理想建案買下去
不過離我上次在員林生活已經時隔五、六年了
所以對員林的現況比較不熟
所以想跟大家多討論
有在關注員林房市的大家
覺得員林可以算是未來潛力區嗎？

我是認為員林願景不錯啦，而且有預算想買就買吧
員林有不少預售屋建案可以看啊
可以先看有沒有喜歡的建案
有啦,發展性一定是有
不過市區目前發展的滿完善的
所以如果是建案推薦往重劃區看
像我看過坤悅的原鄰薈覺得滿好的啊
位置離市區開車約五分鐘的距離,到台76也不遠
而且員林大道上可見的發展的越來越完善
推薦原PO去多了解看看
自住都可以吧，有想好就ＯＫ，
但討論到保值我會覺得不如在台中買房，可能保值性比較高
員林很好啊～從以前到現在已經有變滿多的！
未來的展望性有啦～～
我覺得可以說是潛力區
不過就像樓上說的
買房就多看市區外圍正在發展的區域吧
壓力也會比較小
我最近看的就是原鄰薈
位子像樓上說的一樣滿好的
而且原鄰薈主打純淨社區的電梯大樓
附近又有圓林園 環境好
對我來說滿有吸引力的
員林目前就是發展中,當然有潛力囉
坤悅的建商評價很好耶
之前陪家人去看原鄰薈
也覺得建商的細節有到位
像是格局、動線的用心規劃
還有大樓建材的挑選
和建造上的用心（耐震處理之類的）
我覺得原鄰薈滿值得推薦
