我正好住附近可以跟你分享一下
光論地段的話我是覺得很ok
就在園林園旁邊，公園綠地滿大的
而且離市中心很近，開車、騎車大概3-5分鐘就到了
平時吃的用的不用太擔心，生活機能方面是沒問題的
同時也兼具安靜的環境，所以居住品質滿好的
所以住這裡以生活品質、建商來說，我滿推的
覺得可以繼續關注下去。
位子真的還不錯 可以等接待中心出來去參觀看看
我沒留意到，但那附近有公園綠地也有國小，很方便
