頂客族買三房還兩房? - 幸福空間討論區

最近在591看到坤聯富的預推案
打過去問位置在軍福十三路上
在藍天白雲橋旁近大坑跟新都生態公園
休閒條件很不錯離74也近
到costco也方便
位置我蠻喜歡的
而且是純住戶單純不過是三房
我跟老婆就兩個人目前沒打算生
就養一隻金金
三房的格局感覺有點多
不過老婆是說可以當客房跟書房
是也沒有不好
但兩房的格局感覺比較溫馨
不知道大家有什麼建議？

感情好住幾房都溫馨的
主要經濟考量，沒問題就買囉
三房的格局之後想轉賣也好賣
